What brand(s) are the products you sell?
We sell the "Exotic Bathrooms" brand of designer vanity units, and designer sinks. We manufacture many of our own designs and other popular European designs. Our faucets and other products are manufactured by well known foreign factories, or boutique companies which are not well know brands in the United States, but produce quality product and designs based on European standards and have been in business for many years selling quality products.

Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Yes. We provide a 12 month replacement warranty on all products we sell to residential customers. If there are any manufacturer defects with the product you purchase from us within the first 12 months, we will replace the defective item. Faucets come with a 5 Year limited warranty. Why does it take so long to order a product if you are out of stock?
Our products are manufactured in foreign countries to our detailed design specifications. The manufacturing process, combined with shipping and import formalities produce the availability time quoted. Depending on the product, and where we are in our regular ordering cycle, your product could be available in a much shorter timeframe. We take time and care in manufacturing to ensure you receive a quality product. When compared with local custom manufacturing options, our availability is generally comparable to the local manufacturing alternative you may have. Most bathroom construction or remodel projects require advance planning, and if you plan your bathroom fixtures purchase early in the cycle, your project should not be delayed by the availability of our products. The wait will be worth it!

What materials are your products made from?
We manufacture with quality materials. Most of our wooden cabinets are made from solid oak wood, and may have an additional natural wood veneer over the top to produce a different grain pattern. Our other cabinets are made from water resistant MDF, no particle board for structural or external panels. Our PVC panel coatings are the highest technology panel coating material available. Our countertops are made from various quality materials including Man Made Stone. Our sinks/vessels are made from a variety of exotic and natural materials, from porcelain to handmade stone vessels. Our glass vessels and products are tempered for strength. Our cabinet hardware uses quality metal hinges and drawer sliders with ball bearings. Where noted, some products may differ from materials listed above.

Why do you use Oak wood in most of your cabinets?
Oak wood has been used throughout history for it's water resistant properties, strength and beauty. For centuries, ships were constructed of oak wood. We apply spray painted stain to the oak wood in a variety of popular colors, and polyurethane clear coat.

Why are most of your Faucets only available in Chrome & Sinks in White?
We base our design influence on European trends. Chrome faucets and White ceramic sinks & vessels are, and have been the leading edge of contemporary design for some time. In addition, chrome and white are not "fad" colors and will stand the test of time, further protecting your investment. Polished chrome is easier to clean in hard water areas as lime scale does not stick to it as easily as "brushed" surfaces such as nickel or "antique" bronze. White sinks do not clash with other colors in the bathroom and look clean and fresh - remember those old pink and pastel colored sinks from the 70's ? That's why we stay with white.

While relatively new to the United States, we have operated business internationally since 1995. As a boutique business, we do not intend to be well known by everyone, just the customers looking for unique contemporary bathroom design. We are Industry Partners of American Society for Interior Designers (ASID), and members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Do you provide a design service?
We offer free advice on bathroom design, but not a full design service directly. We can refer you to designers and contractors to complete your bathroom project.

Can I order a different color, size, finish or design ?
We offer our current product range in different colors, finishes, sizes and designs only where noted. We can manufacture to your specific custom order for larger quantity orders only. Ask us about your special requirements and we may be able to suggest an alternative product from our existing product range, or quote you a price to manufacture your design if you are ordering quantity.

Can I buy or inspect your products at other locations?
Our product range is unique and only available from Exotic Bathrooms or an authorized reseller. If your preferred local stores do not offer our range of products, speak to the Management and ask them to contact us. Our website is accessible worldwide and provides the majority of information you will need to make informed decisions on the purchase of our products, however, if you have questions, please contact us.


I find some of your advertising images offensive
As the bathroom is one of the only legitimate rooms in a home where people are in various stages of undress each day, we believe our advertising images are consistent with reality, and a reflection of real life, only with a nicer bathroom than in most homes. Our images are not intended to offend, rather to provide a depiction of an ideal bathroom setting, for inspiration.
